Outages

Order Acceptance and Cancellation
We may be unable to accept certain orders and may cancel them. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Customer-initiated cancellations. You may request to cancel your order within two (2) hours of placement for a full refund. To request a cancellation, contact customer support immediately at service@oberhealth.com. Once this 2-hour window has passed, or if your order has already been processed for fulfillment (even if a tracking number has not yet been issued), the order may not be canceled or modified.
If your order cannot be canceled, you may request a return or exchange after delivery in accordance with our Returns and Exchanges policy. Unless we confirm otherwise or we made an error, you are generally responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns.
Examples of situations that may result in cancellation include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud-prevention processes. If your order is canceled after payment is received, we will credit the original payment method for the amount charged.
Pricing or Typographical Errors
