Key Features
- Independent Spring-Loaded Finger Training System: Four individual tension springs connect to separate finger stalls, allowing repeated extension training for each finger instead of relying on a single shared pull point.
- Dedicated Thumb Tension Spring: A separate spring assembly for the thumb supports thumb abduction and extension work, helping address hand opening patterns that involve both the fingers and thumb.
- Aluminum Alloy Dorsiflexion Frame: The rigid aluminum alloy bracket holds the wrist and hand in a dorsiflexed training position while providing a stable platform for active and passive rehabilitation exercises.
- Spiral Support Adjustment Rod: The central spiral support adjustment mechanism changes the height and pull angle of the upper frame, allowing the trainer to be tuned for different tension levels and finger lift positions.
- Gear Adjustment Lever with Multi-Hole Settings: The upright bracket includes gear-style height positioning holes that let you alter the working angle and training range as hand mobility improves.
- Adjustable Finger Stalls: Each fingertip loop is designed to adapt to different finger sizes for a more secure fit during repetitive extension exercises.
- Triangle Support Structure: The angled side support reinforces the frame so it can handle stronger pulling force while keeping the training platform more stable during use.
- Padded Forearm and Palm Base with Hook-and-Loop Straps: A contoured base with soft sponge cloth lining and wide fastening straps helps secure the hand and wrist comfortably while reducing rubbing around the forearm and palm.

It is working great for him.
Because of contractures, finger nails were pressing into palm of patient. I found this apparatus difficult to put on hand. Had to extend distance between springs and finger pads with monofilament fishing line. After many days of use, contracted middle, ring and little fingers can be raised approximately 2.5 inches from palm. No longer need the fishing line extension. I am so glad I bought this product.
